Teaching Assistant – Swindon
Pay: Up to £130 per day
Schedule: Monday to Friday, no weekends
Contract: Temporary, term-time only

We’re seeking a passionate and committed Teaching Assistant to join a friendly and supportive educational setting in Swindon. This temporary weekday-only role is ideal for someone who wants to make a real difference in students’ lives—without weekend commitments.
In this rewarding position, you’ll provide classroom and community-based support for students, helping to deliver personalised learning plans and contributing to a positive and inclusive educational environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide one-on-one and small group support across a range of subjects
* Assist with classwork, homework, and exam prep
* Help set and monitor individual student targets
* Deliver tailored interventions based on student needs
* Support learning in the classroom and during off-site activities
* Act as a key worker for designated pupils
* Take part in lunch, break, and on-call cover
* Uphold safeguarding and promote student wellbeing
What You’ll Need:
* GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths (Grade C/4 or above)
* Experience working with children or young people in education, care, or community settings
* Confidence using Microsoft Office and basic digital tools
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A positive, flexible, and team-focused attitude
Bonus if you have:
* Experience supporting autistic students
* Background in assisting with STEM subjects
