About the Role:
As a Care Professional at Home Instead Perth, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional care to individuals who need support with everyday tasks, ensuring their well-being and quality of life. You will have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships, promote independence, and offer emotional support to clients in your local community.
Responsibilities Include:
1. Providing personal care (e.g. dressing, bathing, and grooming)
2. Assisting with mobility and physical activities
3. Offering companionship and emotional support
4. Helping with light housekeeping and meal preparation
5. Supporting medication reminders and managing appointments
6. Promoting clients' independence, dignity, and respect
Who We're Looking For:
7. Previous experience in care is beneficial, but not essential – full training will be provided
8. A kind and compassionate nature with a desire to make a positive impact
9. Strong communication skills and reliability
10. A willingness to learn and follow care plans
11. Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team
12. A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle
