This exciting role covers a wide range of tasks including; daily organisation and management of the Admissions assistants to run a smooth and effective 7-day week function, receive incoming calls and deal with enquiries, management of mini bus tour guides, process transactions, respond to queries and service guests needs, handle guest complaints, cash handling and processing group bookings accordingly. This role also includes our VIP Experience kiosk, where you will be promoting and encouraging sales of VIP Experiences and Annual Passes including the benefits of membership. About you The ideal candidate will need to be highly organised with demonstrative skills, have a strong customer focus and have experience working in a high-volume customer environment, whilst supervising the work of others. You will need to be flexible in your approach to work outside of standard business hours, including weekends, bank holidays and evenings.
