As a Senior Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing compassionate and professional care to the elderly and adults with disabilities in Enfield. Your day‑to‑day tasks will include assisting with personal care, medication administration, meal preparation, ensuring a safe and comfortable living environment, and providing emotional support and companionship. This role requires on‑site work.
Qualifications
* A genuine passion for caring for others and improving their quality of life
* Experience working in a care‑related role, preferably with the elderly or adults with disabilities
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Reliability, flexibility, and a positive attitude
* Completion of relevant training and certifications
* Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle (preferred, but not required)
