I am currently looking to speak to Electrical & Mechanical Engineers for a corporate site based near Liverpool Street station.
The need is for 1 Electrical & 2 Mechanical Engineers to join a 5‑person engineering team and continue to provide an efficient service of maintenance across electrical and building services.

As a Maintenance Engineer you will be required to work Monday‑Friday split days (7am‑4pm & 10am‑7pm).

Day to Day Duties
* PPM, reactive maintenance
* Working on Electrical, Mechanical and general building services
* Undertake all allocated tasks and perform them in a timely and professional manner
* Be proactive to identify and report faults with building services equipment and take steps to resolve
* Be proactive to ensure all H&S issues are reported escalated as required.
* Maintain informal communications with client staff members related to service levels and issues
* Report service affecting issues to the site management team for formal communication with the client
* Remain flexible with regards to site attendance and tasks undertaken within personal competency
* Be fully aware of relevant Health & Safety and general legislative matters
All plant will be monitored on a planned maintenance basis regularly as well as dealing with all reactive repairs that arise on a daily basis. All applicants must come from a strong maintenance background and have the ability to deal with a fast‑paced commercial environment.
Skills Required
The successful candidate must have:
* With at least 5 years experience in building services
* Core qualifications are key in this role; the minimum requirement is Level 3 in Electrical Installation or Equivalent in Mechanical
* Must be well presented with good interpersonal skills as this is a client facing role
