Job Summary
:
The Digital Integration Manager delivers the digital strategy that enhances construction project delivery, governance and efficiency, embedding a digitally enabled PMO and Common Data Environment.
"This position is designated as part-time telework per our global telework policy and may require at least three days of in-person attendance per week at the assigned office or project. Weekly in-person schedules will be determined by the individual and their supervisor, in consultation with functional or project leadership”.
Major Responsibilities:
1. Deliver the digital strategy aligned to capital delivery objectives
2. Implement integrated Common Data Environment (CDE) solutions
3. Develop digital roadmaps including automation, analytics and AI
4. Deliver BIM and information management integration
5. Champion governance, lifecycle tollgates and compliance
6. Drive continuous improvement and process automation
7. Develop dashboards, metrics and real-time reporting
8. Support data migration and system integration activities
Education and Experience Requirements:
9. Degree qualified in technical, engineering, construction or business discipline
10. Typically 5+ years’ experience delivering digital transformation on infrastructure projects
Required Knowledge and Skills:
11. Strong experience with BIM, CDE and digital PMO tools
12. Project management qualification desirable (APM / PRINCE2)
13. Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt) desirable
14. Experience in airport or complex infrastructure environments desirable
