Job Description:
We are seeking a Lead Systems Engineer / Business Systems Change Analyst with experience in Work & Asset Management Systems, to work with a reputable company in the North West. The role offers up to £72K + Bonus & Benefits.
Note: This role requires being on-site 3 days a week in Blackburn / Preston, with occasional travel to other office locations. A full driving license is highly advantageous due to limited transport links.
As the Lead Systems Engineer, you will lead a team of 3, managing continuous change requests and configurations for an enterprise-scale Work and Asset Management System. Your team will be responsible for designing and implementing IT system changes, requiring in-depth knowledge of technical systems and business processes.
Experience with Low Code Apps such as Power BI / Power Apps is highly desirable.
The ideal candidate will have technical experience with Management Software Solutions (preferably Work & Asset Management), Change Management, Team & Stakeholder Management, and low code solutions like Power BI.
Experience with other Asset Management Systems or Workforce Solutions is beneficial. Candidates with backgrounds as Systems Engineers, Technical Business Analysts, Testers, Application Support, or Developers interested in requirements gathering and low code solutions are encouraged to apply.
The role involves approximately 50% team leadership and stakeholder management, and 50% hands-on design and delivery of WAM IT Systems.
The environment is Agile, with familiarity with Kanban and traditional methodologies, as well as an understanding of API-driven enterprise systems, being advantageous.
Core experience with Work & Asset Management Systems is essential, including working with stakeholders, managing change requests, and ongoing delivery.
