About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Supported Living Service Manager / Care Service Manager to lead our high-quality supported living service in Aylesbury. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated Supported Living Manager or Care Service Manager to make a real difference in the lives of adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs.
As a Supported Living Service Manager / Care Service Manager, you will ensure that residents receive person-centred care, promoting independence, choice, and wellbeing. You’ll lead a skilled team of support workers and deputy managers, ensuring the service meets CQC standards and delivers exceptional outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the team as a Supported Living Service Manager / Care Service Manager, ensuring compliance with CQC regulations.
* Oversee all aspects of care delivery, including care planning, safeguarding, and risk management.
* Inspire, coach, and develop staff to deliver excellent supported living services.
* Manage budgets, staffing levels, and resources efficiently.
* Build strong relationships with residents, families, and external professionals.
* Drive a culture of compassion, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
* Ensure every resident’s voice is heard and their goals supported as a Supported Living Manager.
About You
To succeed as a Supported Living Service Manager / Care Service Manager, you’ll have experience managing supported living or learning disability services, with a strong understanding of CQC Key Lines of Enquiry (KLOEs) and quality frameworks.
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a Supported Living Manager, Supported Living Service Manager, or Care Service Manager.
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or working towards).
* Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
* Passionate about supporting adults with learning disabilities to live meaningful, independent lives.
