About the Role
TheSupervisoris a key frontline leader who supports the Store Leader and Assistant Store Leader in driving an exceptional customer experience andmaintainingoperational excellence.
In thefastpaced,highfootfallretail environment of Bicester Village,you’llact as a role model on the shop floor—guiding, coaching, and motivating the team while ensuring the store delivers the premium Dyson experience visitors expect.
Key Responsibilities
1. Support thedaytodayleadership of the retail team, ensuring everyone understands expectations and feels confident in their role.
2. Lead by example through outstanding customer service, product knowledge, and demonstration standards.
3. Providerealtimecoaching and guidance on the shop floor to elevate team performance.
4. Ensure every customer receives a warm, tailored, and premium experience reflective of the luxury standards within Bicester Village.
5. Step in to handle customer queries or service challenges with professionalism and empathy.
6. Help the team adapt to the needs of a wide variety of international visitors and VIP guests.
7. Support daily operational tasks including opening/closing duties, compliance checks, stock management, and daily briefings.
8. Maintain exceptional store presentation to reflect both Dyson’s brand identity and thehigh standardsof Bicester Village.
9. Monitor stock levels,assistwith replenishment, and communicate issues quickly and accurately.
10. Support the store leadership by driving sales performance and inspiring the team to achieve targets.
11. Lead engaging product demonstrations thatshowcaseDyson’s technology with clarity and enthusiasm.
12. Understand store KPIs and help coach the team on the behaviours that influence performance.
13. Partner effectively with the Store Leader, Assistant Store Leader, and wider Dyson Retail teams.
14. Communicate updates, expectations, and priorities clearly to the team to ensure alignment throughout the day.
15. Represent Dyson within the Bicester Village community with professionalism and respect.
About You
You’llshine as a Supervisor at Bicester Village if you are:
16. Experienced in retail orcustomerfacingroles, ideally with some leadership responsibilities.
17. Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and supporting others to do the same.
18. Comfortable taking initiative and acting as a point of escalation or guidance for team members.
19. Adaptable and efficient in a fastmoving, diverse, and premium retail environment.
20. Enthusiastic about technology and excited to share Dyson’s innovations with customers.
21. Reliable, organised, and proactive inmaintaininghigh operational and store standards.
