THE ROLE

with a passion for building strong consultative relationships and driving significant growth in revenue from an existing client base? We are searching for
driven sales individuals

who provide innovative and market-leading fleet software solutions to businesses across the UK and beyond.
The successful candidate will be responsible for
developing relationships with existing customers
to
identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell
across a comprehensive suite of products, with the aim of
increasing their monthly recurring revenue (MRR) spend.
Due to the nature of our roles, candidates must have a
permanent and unrestricted Right to Work in the UK
, residing within a commutable distance of Leeds. Please note that our client

Key responsibilities will include:
* Understand your clients'
objectives and challenges
to
identify and maximise on opportunities for revenue growth
.
* Achieve sales targets
by increasing MRR contract values across your client base.
* Build and nurture
existing client relationships, responding promptly to issues
to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.
* Develop
strategic account plans
to
identify growth opportunities.
* Ensure the
accuracy of data
and information recorded in the CRM and sales pipeline.
* Meet daily KPI targets
by prioritising customer outreach.
* Provide insights to the wider business
on
industry trends, competitor activities and customer feedback
to enhance future product development.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
* Proven experience in B2B sales
, with a
track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets,
preferably within a
SaaS environment.
* Highly motivated and target driven
, with an ability to drive results independently.
* Exceptional
verbal and written communication skills
, with an ability to
build rapport with key decision makers.
* Strong and consultative relationship building skills
, able to
instil trust, understand needs
, and
develop long-term partnerships
with clients.
* Organised and capable of managing multiple priorities
in a fast-paced environment.
* Experienced working with
CRM systems and developing sales pipelines
(Salesforce would be a bonus)
* Highly resilient, capable of handling objections
and turning them into opportunities.
