What We’re Looking For

19. Qualifications: Degree in a relevant teaching subject; QTS/QTLS (or willing to work towards); SEN specialist teaching qualification desirable
20. Experience: Previous school experience; secondary school experience advantageous
21. Subject Knowledge: Proficient in English, Maths, or Science (minimum grade 4/C)
22. Understanding of Needs: Knowledge of alternative provision and supporting students with special needs
23. Professional Skills: Strong problem-solving, communication, and time management
