What the Job Involves In this role, you will be responsible for managing cases of children aged 10-17 with community and custodial sentences. You are expected to perform high-quality assessments and develop individualized intervention plans that help reduce reoffending and ensure public safety. You will collaborate closely with children, their families, and multi-agency partners as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver effective youth justice practices.
