Position Summary As an Wireless & Networking Account Manager at Purdicom, you’ll be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our valued reseller and MSP partners. You'll act as a trusted advisor, helping clients identify the right solutions for their business, driving revenue and gross profit growth, and ensuring long-term customer satisfaction. Principal Duties: Retain, manage and grow a portfolio of existing reseller and MSP accounts. Identify and develop new business opportunities within your territory. Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions using Purdicom's vendor portfolio. Build and maintain strong working relationships with vendors and internal teams (technical, logistics, marketing). Work closely with Pre-Sales and Technical Support to deliver end-to-end solutions. Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and provide regular sales forecasts and reports. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Attend vendor training sessions and stay current on product offerings and market trends. Represent Purdicom at events, webinars, and partner meetings as required. Deliver excellent customer service at all times. Knowledge & Skill Requirements Proven experience in a B2B sales or account management role, ideally within IT or technology distribution. Strong understanding of wireless, networking, security or cloud technologies (preferred, not essential). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build strong working relationships both internally and externally Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously. Proficient with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, NetSuite, HubSpot). Driven, self-motivated, and target-oriented. A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
