We are hiring for our client who are a main contractor, a leading specialist in building, refurbishment, and luxury fit-out projects across the UK and Ireland. This Project Manager / Contracts Manager (Fit-Out) role is a key leadership position overseeing the full lifecycle of high-end construction projects — from award to final handover. Based in Portadown with occasional travel to London, this is an opportunity to join an award-winning contractor renowned for delivering complex and prestigious schemes.

The Role:
• Manage all phases of high-end construction and fit-out projects from pre-construction through to delivery
• Oversee project planning, resource allocation, risk management, and cost control
• Lead client meetings and ensure stakeholder engagement and satisfaction
• Administer JCT contracts and ensure compliance across all project stages
• Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and site teams to maintain quality and timelines
• Monitor performance and implement corrective actions to meet contractual and business targets
The Person:
• 5+ years’ experience in a Project Manager / Contracts Manager (Fit-Out) role
• Proven track record delivering high-spec fit-out, refurbishment or listed building projects
• Strong knowledge of JCT contracts and project delivery frameworks
• Excellent communication, leadership and client-facing skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
