The business is growing and needs a hands‑on CFO to drive financial performance, strengthen the finance function, and support the next phase of growth alongside the CEO and investors.
The Opportunity
This is a high‑impact role for a commercially minded finance leader who is comfortable operating at pace in a complex, PE‑backed environment.
Key responsibilities
* Leading financial strategy and performance across the business
* Driving cash, working capital, and margin improvement
* Strengthening financial controls, reporting, and insight
* Building and developing a high‑performing finance function
* Partnering closely with the CEO and investors
* Supporting strategic initiatives including M&A

About You
You are a qualified finance leader with experience in a PE‑backed environment and a track record of driving performance in complex, fast‑moving businesses.
You will likely bring:
* A professional qualification – ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent
* Experience operating as a CFO or senior finance leader in a private equity‑backed business
* A strong commercial and operational mindset
* The ability to operate hands‑on at pace in a complex environment
* Resilience, pragmatism, and a focus on delivery
