Accounts Senior Manager

They are now looking for a Senior Manager who can lead a sizeable portfolio and a talented team of professionals. The Role
* Manage a high-value portfolio of clients across the South West, ranging from ambitious tech start-ups and established OMBS to large corporate groups.
* Lead the delivery of statutory accounts, management reporting, and high-level business advisory services.
* Act as a senior technical sounding board for the team, overseeing complex financial reporting and ensuring all work meets the firm's high quality standards.
* Work closely with Partners on strategic projects.
* Take a lead role in the recruitment, mentoring, and performance management of the Plymouth accounts team.
About You
* ACA or ACCA qualified with substantial post-qualification experience within a practice environment.
* Currently operating at Manager or Senior Manager level with a strong background in accounts and business advisory.
* A commercially astute professional who understands the challenges facing business owners and can offer proactive solutions.
* A natural leader with the interpersonal skills to manage client relationships at Board level and inspire a growing team.
* Driven and ambitious, with a genuine interest in contributing to the firm's growth and their own professional development.
