The Role
As an Estimator, you'll play a vital role in the pre-construction team, preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for a range of exciting and varied projects. You'll be working from the Salford office and from home, enjoying a modern, flexible approach to work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and submit competitive tenders for fit-out, refurb, and new build projects
Review drawings, specifications, and tender documentation
Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers for quotes and pricing
Conduct site visits and assessments as required
Contribute to value engineering and commercial strategies
Work closely with the commercial and delivery teams to ensure smooth project handover
Ideal Candidate
Proven experience in estimating, ideally within fit-out, refurb, or new build environments
Strong understanding of construction methods, pricing, and market conditions
Ability to interpret architectural and technical drawings
Confident communicator with a collaborative approach
Proficient in estimating software and Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
Self-motivated with excellent attention to detail
