About this Role
You’ll be the organiser, problem-solver, and go-to person behind the scenes of our learning programmes. This role is all about supporting our people’s growth, keeping everything running smoothly, and helping bring training to life across the business.
Whether you’re planning an event, updating SharePoint, or helping managers pinpoint the right development path, you’ll be at the centre of it all.
* Coordinate and communicate training events, including our DGFutures programmes
* Be the first point of contact for all L&D queries and e-learning requests
* Keep our SharePoint platform neat, updated, and easy to navigate
* Support training admin, appraisals, and personal development processes
* Collaborate with managers to identify learning needs and build smart solutions
About You
You thrive on structure, love supporting others, and know how to keep a lot of plates spinning without breaking a sweat. You’re comfortable working independently and with a team, and you’re always looking for ways to make things better.

* Previous experience in L&D, HR, or a coordination-focused role
* Confident communicator and approachable with a proactive mindset
* Super organised and detail-focused
* Tech-savvy, ideally with experience using HR systems or SharePoint
* Flexible to travel occasionally to other sites (expenses covered)
