Position Overview
As a Senior Associate Commercial Property Solicitor, you will play a crucial role in providing advice to a diverse range of clients and you will manage your own caseload of complex commercial property transactions, working independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
1. Manage complex and broad commercial property transactions
2. Advise clients on acquisitions, disposals, leases, and developments
3. Draft and negotiate key legal documentation, including contracts and agreements
4. Develop and maintain strong client relationships, offering solution-driven advice
5. Supervise and mentor junior solicitors and support staff
6. Actively engage in business development and marketing initiatives
Requirements
7. Qualified solicitor in England and Wales with 5+ years of PQE
8. Strong track record in managing complex commercial property transactions
9. Excellent client care and relationship-building skills
10. Commercially astute with the ability to provide strategic legal advice
11. Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
12. Proactive approach to business development and contributing to firm growth
