As a Room Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of a childcare room, ensuring exceptional care and education.
Responsibilities:
1. Leading the room when the manager is absent.
2. Organising engaging indoor and outdoor activities for children.
3. Planning educational and developmental activities.
4. Recording children's progress.
5. Conducting risk assessments.
6. Ensuring top-quality childcare.
Requirements:
7. Previously worked as a Room Manager or in a similar role.
8. Minimum 1 year of experience in room leadership.
9. Level 3 or above Early Years Qualification.
