Location: We operate a hybrid working model, you will benefit from spending at least 1 day per week in the office.
Salary scale (NHS Wales Band 7): £48,527 - £55,532 (Please note you will begin your service at the bottom of the band)
Contract Type: Permanent

Responsibilities
* Lead on organisational change initiatives, including restructures, TUPE transfers, and culture development
* Deliver on DHCW People Strategy that aligns with our values and long-term strategic goals
* Use people data and insights to drive continuous improvement and inform decision-making
* Champion inclusive practices and support the development of a high-performing, engaged workforce
* Collaborate across teams to embed learning, development, and leadership frameworks
Qualifications
* MCIPD-qualified (or working towards) with a strong track record within the people profession
* Experience navigating complex change with confidence and empathy
* A sharp analytical mind and the ability to turn data into action
* Excellent communication and influencing skills, especially with senior stakeholders
* A passion for continuous professional development for yourself and others
