What You’ll Be Doing:
As an Account Manager, you’ll support the growth of our business by:
* Building and managing existing client relationships – understanding hiring needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
* Partnering with delivery consultants to ensure successful candidate placements.
* Managing the recruitment process – from job briefing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
* Delivering excellent customer service to both clients and candidates.
