Business Area: Cereal Partners UK Location: Welwyn Garden City (Hybrid 2 days per week in the office) Salary up to £65,000 depending on experience. We are recruiting for a, self-sufficient, results-oriented Marketing Manager to take ownership of Shredded Wheat, one of our most iconic brands and a strategic growth priority. This role requires someone who is highly self-motivated, can confidently juggle multiple strategic priorities at once, and brings proven experience delivering brand and commercial results at pace. You'll join our Cereal Partners UK team in Welwyn Garden City and report directly to the Local Brands Marketing Manager. Cereal Partners Worldwide (CPW) is the maker of many much-loved cereals including Shredded Wheat®, CHEERIOS®, NESQUIK®, and SHREDDIES®. Your impact Ultimately, you will be responsible for the brand strategy, shape innovation, and lead execution across a broad range of activity - all while being the key driver of brand performance Key responsibilities will include: Lead the Shredded Wheat brand strategy, owning long-term growth plans, building brand equity by developing and executing impactful TTL advertising campaigns. Drive the long-term innovation agenda to strengthen and expand the product portfolio, leading strategic NPD projects from concept through to launch. Deliver business targets and brand growth by leveraging commercial levers and channel strategies in collaboration with the Commercial Development Team (CDT). Own the brand P&L, using commercial insight to optimise revenue, margin and overall brand performance. Use market and competitor insight to evolve growth plans in a competitive FMCG environment. Operate independently with strong prioritisation, managing multiple workstreams while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and supporting an Assistant Marketing Manager. Your ingredients for success You are commercially savvy and a results-driven marketer with a genuine passion for building iconic brands. You are already operating at Marketing Manager level-bringing a strong breadth of brand-building expertise and end-to-end marketing experience. Experience within FMCG, branded food, or innovation-led categories is highly desirable, though not essential. You?are a strong team player with the ability to influence and inspire, confident in leading cross functional teams and dealing with senior management. Your success will be fuelled by: Strategic Leadership You think big and act decisively, shaping growth plans that deliver commercial impact. Commercial Acumen You understand the levers of brand growth and confidently own the P&L. Project Excellence You lead complex projects from concept to launch, balancing stake holder management with execution.
