Job Summary
Post holder responsible for training patients to independently undertake haemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis at home, ensuring optimal delivery of care, managing caseload, and responding to clinical needs.
Responsibilities
* Train patients to independently undertake haemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis.
* Deliver group education sessions to increase uptake of home dialysis as first choice treatment.
* Visit patients in their homes where indicated to monitor and support treatment.
* Manage caseload and time‑management to ensure effective care delivery.

Person Specification
* NMC registered.
* Full UK driving licence.
* Relevant experience in renal or dialysis specialties.
* Non‑medical prescriber.
* IV/phlebotomy trained.
* Completed a renal course/qualification.
