Working Hours: 4 on / 4 off, 2 days / 2 nights

The Role
As a Shift Engineering Supervisor, you'll take ownership of engineering performance across your shift - leading, supporting, and developing a team of skilled engineers in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Managing shift handovers, ensuring clear communication of priorities and actions.
2. Attending and contributing to daily operational meetings.
3. Overseeing breakdown response, prioritising engineering resources effectively to minimise downtime.
