IT Support Desk Engineer
Shackleton Technologies is an IT Managed Services Provider looking for an experienced IT Support Desk Engineer to join our growing team in Dundee. You will work within our Support Team to deliver exceptional levels of customer service to our clients.
Core Skills & Experience
* Desktop/Laptop Support
* Windows Desktop Operating Systems (Occasional Mac OS)
* MS Office Applications
* Basic Firewall/Router skills (including VPN’s)
* Microsoft 365
* Experience in spam/web filtering solutions
* Experience of anti-virus solutions
* Basic networking DHCP/DNS
* Customer Service/Customer Facing Experience
* Valid UK Driver’s License
