Talent Hub is working in partnership with a successful, family-run business in the manufacturing and construction sectors, looking for a self-motivated Senior Marketing Executive to drive B2B marketing activity and lead generation.
This role is ideal for someone who brings ideas, creativity, and a commercial focus, with proven experience in CRM, lead generation, and working closely with sales teams. You’ll play a key role in delivering campaigns that generate measurable business growth.
The responsibilities for this job include:
* Deliver multi‑channel B2B marketing campaigns across email, LinkedIn and web
* Drive lead generation activity, working with the sales team and delivering campaigns
* Create engaging content, including emails, social posts, case studies and lead magnets
* Manage and optimise CRM (HubSpot), including lists, workflows and automation
* Build and maintain campaign reporting dashboards and performance insights
* Work closely with sales teams to align marketing activity with pipeline goals
* Update and optimise website and landing pages for conversion
* Coordinate with external agencies and internal stakeholders to deliver campaigns
* Track and analyse campaign performance, identifying improvements and opportunities
* Support marketing budget tracking and ensure activity delivers ROI
For this Senior Marketing job, you should have:
* At least 3 years’ experience in a B2B marketing role
* Proven experience in lead generation and campaign delivery
* Strong working knowledge of CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)
* Experience collaborating with sales teams to drive pipeline growth
* Confident in creating marketing content across email and LinkedIn
* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance data
* Highly organised with strong project management skills
* Proactive, creative thinker with a commercial, results‑driven approach
