We work in partnership with government departments, local authorities, and service users to shape a better future and transform healthcare, education, and policy development in these areas.

Your opportunity to grow and make a difference. As a Graduate Project Manager, you’ll join a collaborative, inclusive, and supportive team that values your voice and empowers your development. You’ll be involved in every stage of the project lifecycle – from concept to delivery – gaining hands-on experience and making a real impact from day one.

What You’ll Do

* You’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality, socially impactful projects.
* Responsibilities include supporting the administration and coordination of project delivery.
* Assisting in the development of project tools, communications, and tracking systems.
* Contributing to research, event planning, and client reporting.
* Helping ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
* Adapting project management approaches to meet the unique needs of each client.

You’ll gain experience across our three core service areas:

* Children and Adult Social Care
* Early Years and Education
* Health


Locations

Cambridge, London, Sheffield, Birmingham or Manchester.


Candidate Specification

We’re looking for curious, motivated graduates who want to make a real difference. To be eligible, you will have some relevant experience (excluding placements) and a bachelor’s degree (obtained no earlier than 2024) or expected to achieve a degree from disciplines including but not limited to:

* Project Management
* Business Studies
* Health, Education, Social Care
* Other related disciplines
