Highland Broadband is entering an exciting phase of growth and is looking for a highly motivated, results-driven Digital Customer Acquisition Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns to drive high-quality leads and customer acquisition. Working closely with the Customer Acquisition Manager, you'll ensure that all digital efforts align with customer needs, brand messaging, and overarching business targets.
What you will do
* Create, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Bing Ads) to drive qualified traffic, maximize ROI, and meet core business objectives.
* Plan, build, and manage Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising campaigns to effectively reach, convert, and retain target audiences.
* Manage digital marketing budgets across channels to ensure efficient spend and achieve target Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) goals.
* Conduct ongoing keyword research and analysis to uncover new opportunities, monitor search trends, and refine campaign strategies.
* Generate clear, actionable campaign performance reports using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and similar platforms.
* Ensure all marketing campaigns and creative outputs adhere to brand guidelines, tone of voice, and key messaging priorities.
* Develop and execute A/B tests on ads and landing pages to drive continual optimization and improve campaign performance.
* Monitor and manage performance on affiliate and comparison platforms, ensuring traffic and conversion targets are achieved.
* Conduct regular competitor analysis to benchmark performance, uncover insights, and identify growth opportunities.
What you need to succeed
* Proven track record of managing high-impact digital advertising campaigns that drive measurable results across online platforms.
* Experience with analytics and advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and related tools.
* A self-starter with a test-and-learn mindset and a strong bias for action.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for design and attention to detail.
* A creative and analytical thinker who can translate data into actionable marketing strategies
