Assignment Details:

Role Overview:
This role mirrors a structured condition survey programme across a range of school buildings, focusing on accurate asset data capture and reporting to support estate planning.
Key Responsibilities:
* Undertake condition surveys across multiple school sites
* Assess building condition, defects, and maintenance priorities
* Produce clear and consistent survey reports
* Work efficiently across a defined geographic patch
* Maintain high standards of health & safety compliance
Requirements:
* Demonstrable experience in condition surveying
* Background in Building Surveying or equivalent
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work autonomously
* Enhanced DBS (essential and must be current)
Additional Information:
* Travel within Kent required
* Short-term programme with potential for future phases
