Reporting to the Regional HR Manager, this role ensures smooth coordination of travel, office logistics, documentation, and employee support. The role supports regional corporate functions and does not include store-level responsibilities. It offers strong exposure to internal operations and requires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset. Responsibilities HR Operations Support onboarding administration, documentation, and employee record maintenance Arrange interviews and support candidate communications, scheduling, and logistics Track leave, benefits, and contract timelines with attention to compliance and accuracy Assist with HR system data entry and file updates for the regional team Help coordinate performance reviews, training sessions, and employee engagement activities Act as a liaison with external HR service providers (e.g. benefits, work visa support) Administration and Office Support Take ownership of all travel arrangements for the regional office, including flights, accommodation, visa letters, itineraries, and internal approvals Manage office expenses, vendor invoices, and basic finance coordination including tracking monthly budgets for supplies, travel, and services Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the office (supplies, courier, facility issues, desk setup, etc.) Coordinate team meetings, visitor arrangements, and regional event logistics Maintain relationships with office service providers (e.g. cleaning, repairs, subscriptions) Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR, Business Administration, or a related field Experience in HR and administrative support within an office environment Strong coordination skills, especially in managing travel arrangements, scheduling, and interview logistics Familiarity with office expense tracking, invoice handling, and budget follow-up Excellent communication, time management, and interpersonal skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Eligible to work in the UK Desirable but Not Essential Background in retail, consumer brands, or other fast-paced environments Experience working in a regional or international business setting Familiarity with basic UK HR procedures or documentation standards
