Our Quantity Surveyors are a valuable part of our business, responsible for developing and implementing pre- and post-contract strategies, managing commercial functions, and preparing contract reports. Quantity Surveyors will have full accountability for their work packages or projects and will collaborate with customers and industry specialists, focusing on added value, compliance, commercial viability, and best practices.
As our Quantity Surveyor, you will:
1. Contribute to project commercial strategies and own your subcontract packages, understanding internal and external tender strategies.
2. Maximize project cash flow through effective management of subcontract packages.
3. Assist in project procurement strategies, including issuing tender inquiries, reconciling packages, and producing subcontract orders, working with the Commercial Lead to finalize main and subcontract accounts.
