Your Role: Making Every Patient Visit Exceptional
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual for a dual role as a Patient Advisor & Clinic Coordinator. This hands-on role involves varied responsibilities, where your commitment to exceptional service will directly impact our patients' care experience.
Main Responsibilities
As Clinic Receptionist / Coordinator:
* Welcome patients to the clinic, ensuring a warm and professional first impression.
* Guide patients throughout their visit and support them during consultations or treatments.
* Coordinate bookings and rebook patients efficiently and courteously.
* Encourage and collect patient reviews and feedback.
* Maintain high standards of organisation within the clinic environment.
* Uphold outstanding patient satisfaction at all times.
As Patient Advisor:
* Respond promptly and compassionately to patient inquiries via phone and email.
* Screen and assess patients during initial contact to ensure suitability for consultation.
* Provide guidance, support, and reassurance throughout their journey.
* Collaborate with HQ and clinical teams, including nurses and vascular surgeons, for a seamless experience.
