🌙 Night Shift Health Care Assistant – £13/hour
📍 Location: West Belfast
🕒 Hours: 12-hour shifts, 2 or 3 nights per week (24 or 36 hours/week)
Key Duties:
💤 Provide overnight care and support to residents
🛏️ Assist with personal care routines, toileting, and repositioning
🔒 Carry out regular welfare checks and ensure safety/security
📋 Maintain accurate and timely care records
🧹 Light domestic duties (e.g., laundry, tidying communal areas)
🗣️ Communicate effectively with day staff during handovers
Requirements:
✔️ Previous experience in a care setting
✔️ Compassionate and patient approach
✔️ Able to stay alert and responsive throughout the night
✔️ Right to work in the UK
