A boutique “NewLaw” firm who specialise in sport, media, entertainment and tech are looking for their next member of the team to join the firm at a time of fast growth and exciting change at the firm.
This is a great opportunity for someone to lead on business development activities in a smaller business environment.
You will work directly with Partners and the senior management team to build internal referral networks and cross-selling opportunities and develop and deliver on BD strategy.
Central to the role is:
* Building relationships with, and between, internal stakeholders
* Developing a strong knowledge of their key sectors and clients in order to build clear BD strategy
* Being across directory submissions and profiles to assist with marketing and pitch content
* Evaluating technology to track and support BD efforts and returns
Given the smaller, entrepreneurial nature of this firm, candidates will need to:
* have experience and confidence in managing senior stakeholders
* experience of working within a BD team at a law firm in the UK
* excellent written and verbal communication skills
