Person Specification:
Education, training and qualifications
* Care practitioner award or equivalent
* Mentor/Supervision qualification
* Willing to undertake further clinical training
* Willing to undertake training qualification
Knowledge
* Able to demonstrate specific knowledge of clinical care in the older person
Experience
* Care home, Social Care or caring experience as a senior carer
* Customer service experience
* Experience working as a care practitioner
