Join Boccard UK at an exciting time of growth as we expand our presence in the nuclear energy sector. We are looking for a Quality Control (QC) Engineer to join our team at our state-of-the-art, fully digital manufacturing facility in Deeside.

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing
* Implement and maintain Project Quality Plans & Inspection Test Plans (ITPs)
* Review fabrication documentation, LTQRs, weld procedures & calibration records
* Manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) including root cause analysis & corrective actions
* Conduct internal and supplier audits, supporting quality improvements
* Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
* Support the delivery of right-first-time manufacturing excellence
👤 What We’re Looking For
* Strong background in pipe spooling / fabrication environments
* Experience working within nuclear or highly regulated industries
* Advanced knowledge of welding procedures and quality compliance
* Proven experience managing NCRs and quality documentation
🎯 Certifications:
* CSWIP 3.1
* We are open to candidates with relevant NVQs, PCN Level 2 certifications, or equivalent experience
* PCN Level 2 Radiographic Interpretation (minimum requirement)
