Responsibilities
The essential duties of the Sponsor Funded Executive Director include:
Financial Oversight
* Managing grant funds, overseeing staff and faculty compensation, and preparing financial reports.
Supervision
* Hiring and supervising staff and coordinating outreach activities with faculty and community partners.
Planning
* Collaborating with leadership to plan events, research opportunities, and outreach programs.
Partnerships
* Building community partnerships with high schools and organizations.
Monitoring Efficacy
* Assessing program effectiveness and making adjustments as needed.

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree and ten years of related experience, or equivalent; Master’s preferred.
