The successful applicant will join our expanding O& G consultant team with a range of duties across both services. We are happy to support candidates to develop a special interest and are particularly keen to recruit those interest in Gynaecology/Rapid Access, Foetal Medicine or high-risk Antenatal care. We are able to support candidates who only wish to practice Obstetrics.
Areas of interest in gynaecology may include, but are not limited to, emergency gynaecology pathways, gynaecology scanning, one stop gynaecology clinics, ambulatory gynaecology and colposcopy. There will be an opportunity for elective 'buddy operating' lists.
The successful candidate should be competent to run a general antenatal clinic and an interest in high-risk antenatal care would be welcomed.
