Job Title: Multi Craft Maintenance Technician
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician for a metal stamping facility. The role involves reactive and preventative maintenance on CNC Mills/Lathes, stamping presses, heat treat furnaces, feeders, decoilers, hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, motor controls, bearings, flywheels, clutches, and sprockets. You will also interpret in-depth blueprints and schematics, troubleshoot 480v 3-phase electrical systems, and more.
Responsibilities
* Perform reactive and preventative maintenance on CNC Mills/Lathes, stamping presses, and heat treat furnaces.
* Maintain feeders, decoilers, hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, motor controls, bearings, flywheels, clutches, and sprockets.
* Interpret in-depth blueprints and schematics.
* Troubleshoot 480v 3-phase electrical systems.
* Handle facility maintenance tasks including plumbing, hydraulic hose lines, and installing new air lines and 110v outlets.
* Operate comfortably with heights using scissor lifts and stand-up forklifts.
* Engage in PLC troubleshooting and demonstrate ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
* Work independently with minimal supervision on 2nd shift and be on call as needed.
Essential Skills
* 5+ years of industrial mechanical maintenance experience.
* 2+ years of electrical troubleshooting experience with 480v 3-phase systems.
* Facility maintenance experience, including plumbing and hydraulic systems.
* Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, hydraulic prints, and schematics.
* Ownership of personal tools and a locking toolbox.
* Comfortable working at heights and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $32.00/hr.
