Seeking a polished and proactive Team Executive Assistant to join a small prestigious Private Family Office based in the heart of Mayfair. A leading family-backed investment firm supporting their International Private Equity team.
The Role:
This is a newly created role, offering variety and autonomy for a high-calibre EA with a hands-on, collaborative approach. You will provide dedicated support to the Head of International Private Equity and their team of four (Analyst to Senior Associate).
Key Responsibilities:

* Full EA support to the Head of International PE: complex diary and travel management, meeting coordination, document preparation
\t
* Team admin support for four team members: expenses, meeting logistics, diary coordination
\t
* General office support and upkeep for the Private Equity floor, liaising with suppliers and ensuring a well-managed space
\t
* Ordering stationery and team lunches
\t
* Hosting guests and clients, acting as a professional and warm ambassador for the team
About You:
We are looking for an experienced and adaptable finance based EA who thrives in a varied support role and brings a strong sense of professionalism to everything they do.

* Fluent Turkish speaker
\t
* Minimum 5 years’ experience supporting at senior level within Private Equity, Family Office, Financial Services, or Consulting
\t
* “Muck in” mindset – happy to assist across all areas with a positive attitude
\t
* Warm, polished, and confident representing the firm to clients and stakeholders
\t
* Organised, resourceful, and entrepreneurial in spirit
