You'll work closely alongside Project Managers, supporting the full lifecycle of projects while acting as a key communication link between design, engineering, production, and clients, with clear progression into Project Management or Engineering roles as you develop.
You will be responsible for supporting project coordination, managing technical documentation, updating drawings, and ensuring smooth communication across all project stakeholders.
This role would suit someone from a millwork background with drafting experience who enjoys a fast-paced environment and wants to grow into a more senior, project-led position.
The Role:
1. Support Project Managers across full project lifecycle
2. Prepare and update AutoCAD drawings, redlines, and revisions
3. Interpret architectural and shop drawings to ensure design accuracy
4. Coordinate with clients, vendors, production, and installation teams
The Candidate:
5. Proficient in AutoCAD and project coordination tools (PlanGrid preferred)
6. Strong understanding of architectural and shop drawings
7. Excellent communication and organizational skills
