Talent Chief is supporting a growing specialist recruitment business looking to appoint a Senior Recruitment Consultant into their Bristol office. This is not a turnaround project, and it’s not a “build your own desk from scratch” opportunity. This business has already built strong foundations across multiple technical markets internationally and is now investing in growth. The role: As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you’ll take ownership of your own market with the autonomy to develop accounts, grow revenue and build long-term client relationships. They deliver talent solutions across sectors, including Engineering, Manufacturing, Technology, Energy and Industrial markets , supporting both permanent and contract hiring requirements. With an established footprint across the UK, Europe and North America , the business has built a reputation for quality-led recruitment, long-term client relationships and deep market specialisation rather than high-volume transactional delivery. Their growth strategy is focused on developing specialist consultants into recognised market experts while giving them the tools, training and autonomy to build long-term, high-value desks.
