This is an exciting opportunity for an existing Pharmacy Manager to lead a great team, whilst widening your career. My long-standing client is looking for an experienced Pharmacy Manager to lead their busy, well-established community pharmacy near Alloa. This role combines a focus on patient care with driving the commercial success of the business. You will be required to manage all aspects of the Scottish Pharmacy Contract, optimising dispensing and professional services while supporting and developing a dedicated dispensary team. Reporting to the Area Manager, you will also build strong relationships with patients, colleagues, and key stakeholders to achieve business goals, while ensuring company policies, procedures, and quality standards are met. Support for the IP qualification if not already gained. *Minimum of 3 years managerial experience required* *Generous salary bonus for IP qualified (not included in stated basic salary)* Hours: Monday - Friday 9am-6pm + alternate Saturdays, 9am-1pm. Average hours 42.5 p/w Key Duties:
