Excellent opportunity to join well know brand leader as Business Partner – you will be partnering with the Supply Chain functions, supported by a newly appointed HR Advisor to implement the people plan and drive best practice.
You will be operating as part of the leadership team within this function – as people lead you will support in effective decision making to build a better business through people. You will be joining a best in class HR function to translate the people plan into a clear agenda, and deliver through your stakeholders.
As HR Business Partner you will be:
1. Partnering with senior leaders to future proof the organisation from a people, skills and resource perspective.
2. Supporting and coaching line managers to embed and deliver on the vision and objectives of their particular departments, enabling change, articulating vision and building support
3. Focused on OD in Culture and Leadership, Talent and Engagement – ensuring targeted development of the senior leadership team to create ambition and succession
4. Overseeing the annual performance management process including salary and bonus reviews.
5. Coaching and developing the newly appointed HR Advisor
6. Providing accurate and insightful reports on key HR metrics
You must have experience partnering with Supply Chain and/or Operations in a fast paced, ideally FMCG organisation.
