People are at the heart of what we do. We're looking for a HSQE Administrator to join our team and play a key role in supporting our Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental (HSQE) function. This is a highly organised, detail-focused role, ideal for someone who thrives on compliance, document control and keeping systems running smoothly in a fast-paced environment.


What you’ll do

* Maintain and update company management systems and online compliance portals
* Manage document control processes for ISO 9001, 14001, 27001 and 45001
* Ensure document version control, accessibility and compliance with industry standards
* Maintain and update COSHH assessments, risk assessments and method statements
* Support internal and external audits by ensuring all documentation is current and compliant
* Manage and process supply chain and internal Pre-Qualification Questionnaires (PQQs)
* Maintain an accurate and compliant supplier database
* Prepare, compile and distribute board packs for senior management meetings
* Assist with HSQE performance reporting, trend analysis and compliance updates
* Manage internal audit administration and audit schedules
* Maintain accurate records of HSQE training, audits and inspections
* Coordinate HSQE-related training and awareness sessions
* Upload, gather and manage compliance documentation across relevant systems
* Support the HSQE team with general administrative duties
* Assist with raising purchase orders for HSQE-related services, certifications and registrations


What we’re looking for

* Experience in an HSQE administration or document control role
* Knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, 27001 and 45001 standards
* A strong understanding of COSHH, risk assessments and compliance documentation
* Experience managing document control systems and online compliance portals
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* The ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
* Experience within the construction industry (
