As a Manager in Employment Tax, you will play a key role in delivering employment tax compliance and advice to diverse clients, managing complex projects, and contributing to business development efforts.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver employment tax compliance and advisory services across various industries.
* Maintain up-to-date technical and industry knowledge and share expertise with team members.
* Assist in business development by preparing proposals and delivering presentations.
* Manage complex consulting projects ensuring technical excellence and practical solutions.
* Build and sustain client relationships, gaining confidence and trust.
* Identify opportunities for new business and support client growth.
* Recognize and address potential issues proactively during client engagements.
* Structure and oversee projects to meet or exceed client expectations, managing risks effectively.
Candidate Profile
* Experience in employment tax within consultancy, legal firms, or large corporates.
* Strong influence, resilience, and stakeholder management skills.
* Technical understanding of employment tax issues such as expenses, benefits, employment status, payroll, construction industry scheme, termination payments, pensions, minimum wage, HMRC dealings, and equity plans.
* Business development ability and track record in project delivery.
* Professional, credible, and practical problem-solver.
* Ability to analyze complex issues and deliver sustainable solutions.
* Leadership in motivating teams and facilitating collaboration.
* Qualifications such as ATT and/or CTA are preferred.
