The Education Specialists are recruiting for a passionate and dedicated Nurture Teacher to work in a specialist provision in Congleton The school provides an excellent learning and supportive environment for students aged 13 - 18 with Autism (ASD). Our school provides education for up to 40 students. Although they are a small school that teaches both the national and alternative curriculum, they supplement this with nurture principles and relational practice to build trust, emotional development and resilience. We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nurture Teacher to join our team. This role is pivotal in providing targeted support to students who may struggle with the traditional classroom setting. You will create a safe, structured, and engaging environment where students can develop key social, emotional, and academic skills at their own pace. The Nurture Teacher will play a pivotal role in shaping the learning environment, guiding students in their academic and personal development, and fostering a love for learning.
