This exciting opportunity has arisen due to the internal promotion of the current Legal Administrator, reflecting the excellent career progression on offer.The Role: As a Legal Administrator, you’ll be an essential part of the Private Client team, supporting fee earners with a wide range of administrative and client-focused tasks. This is a perfect role for a driven and organised graduate looking to build a long-term legal career.Responsibilities:
* Providing day-to-day administrative support to the Private Client department
* Preparing legal documents and managing correspondence
* Handling client calls and queries with professionalism and sensitivity
* Maintaining accurate case files and legal databases
* Assisting fee earners with diary management and meeting arrangements
About You:
* A recent graduate with a strong interest in law
* Highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Confident using Microsoft Office and document management systems
* A genuine desire to progress within a legal setting as a Legal Administrator
