We are currently looking for a
passionate Host/ess, to join our Food and Beverage Team on a permanent basis, with an immediate
start to consistently deliver memorable moments and five-star service to our
guests and each other. It is important to us that everyone in the team brings
positive energy to support our happy and fun environment, as we strive to build
a community of diverse backgrounds and life experiences, where we care about
careers and not just jobs.
As a Host/ess, your main duties and expectations for the role will
include:

To have a full knowledge of the food and beverage menu in the outlet at
all times
·
To focus on delivering memorable moments to all the guests, using guests'
names
at all times.
·
To be fully conversant with the Company’s values, competencies, and behaviours
and
role model them at all times.
·
To be fully aware of all F&B Promotions in place for all the F&B
Areas in the Hotel
and to communicate them to guests
when appropriate.
·
To be attentive to all guests and ensure that special requests are
delivered.
You will be required to work 40 hours per week, on a shift rota.
